This is a coloring book that I bought about a year ago. It no longer seems to be available on Amazon but I did find it (at the time that I wrote this review) at the publishers as in stock. Here is the link to that page:

I like the coloring book It is a slightly square format and has a spiral binding on the side. The images are crisp and clear and the pages are perforated for easy removal if you care to do so. I like small town looks in coloring books and that is what I find in this one.

The designs have good detail but are not too intricate to color. I especially like that there is a framing line around the images which stops short of the perforations, so if you remove a page, you don’t leave behind part of your colored design.

This is what I found in this coloring book

45 Main Street inspired designs included in the book

The designs are printed on one side of the page

Paper is the white, heavy weight, slightly rough and perforated.

Spiral binding.

The designs do not merge into the binding or past the perforation.

Alcohol-based markers bleed through the page. If you use this media, I suggest using a blotter page under your working page. I like card stock as it keeps ink from seeping through and damaging the pages below.

Water-based markers, gel pens and India ink pens do not bleed through or leave shadows of color on the back of the page.

Coloring pencils work well with this paper. I am able to get good pigment (color) lay down, layer the same color and multiple colors and blend well with a pencil style blending stick. I tested both oil and wax based pencils with similar results.

Here are some sample photos from the coloring book:
