Excellent but dated older cookbook by a master chef

completebookofoutdoorcookeryThis is an excellent book regarding cooking on outdoor grills. Especially for the time at which it was originally published. Some of the grilling methods are dated and some of the methods of cooking (or rather not cooking) some items are not current to health standards of today.

Once you look beyond some of the dated issues of a long ago written book, and look at the recipes and suggestions made by a master chef, you realize that the book is an outstanding addition to a griller’s bookshelf.

I applaud the publishers for making an out of print book available to the public at a good price. That it is done in a digital format is all to the better. I can accumulate these older books without having to take of precious shelf space in my kitchen yet still have them available to me within minutes.
