This is really fun activity book. I purchased this book and one other from this series at a local big box store for when my grandson comes to visit on weekdays while his parents work. The activities come via push/pull sliders and tabs that you put your fingers into make items appear and disappear. Making the baby cow appear on the cover, making the chickens and rooster appear and then playing bye-bye with tiger on the tractor are his favorite activities. He grabs his book, comes over, and climbs on Grandma’s lap to have his favorite books read to him and this one makes its appearance several times a day.

These books are extremely sturdy but are not indestructible. My grandson is a very strong 16 month old and he was looking at the Bizzy Bear Pirate book and was trying to change the pages by pulling them apart. I stopped him in time but will certainly need to reglue the pages at some point soon. The books are so much fun I don’t hesitate to buy more of the series and at the same time, teach him to treat them a little more gently.
